The working artist. A two-year residency for artists committed to performance, composition, and the Institute's life — the Conservatory's post-collegiate division.
The Fellowship
A residency, not a degree program.
The Fellowship is for artists who have completed serious undergraduate training and are committed to a life of working practice. Fellows perform with the Institute's ensembles, contribute to the Conservatory's teaching, and participate in the Method as it's being written.
It is not a graduate degree program in the conventional sense. It is closer in spirit to a poet's residency or a working artist's studio — an environment, a community, and a stipend.
