Biography

On Bill.

Bill Wolaver holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Oklahoma City University and is one of Nashville's most accomplished and prolific composers, arrangers, and pianists. With decades of work spanning virtually every corner of the Christian music world, he has earned a reputation as a true master craftsman of his field — a seasoned, authoritative voice whose influence is woven throughout the fabric of contemporary Christian music.

Bill serves as pianist, composer, and arranger for the Annie Moses Band, and is the creative force behind the beloved Piano Potpourri series — an acclaimed collection of piano arrangements that has delighted audiences and players for years. Alongside his wife and collaborator Robin Donica Wolaver, he has composed and arranged numerous musicals and choral works published by leading Christian publishers, and together they wrote "Make His Praise Glorious," recorded by Sandi Patty and nominated for a Dove Award for Song of the Year. The pair have also been honored with an ASCAP Award for Inspirational Song of the Year.

Bill writes the music for much of The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello, the hit children's television series created by Robin, bringing the show's joyful blend of faith, humor, and original song to life. Most recently, Bill and Robin have written an original Broadway-style musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol — a sweeping, full-hearted work conceived in the tradition of Fiddler on the Roof and the golden age of Broadway.

Bill and Robin make their home in Nashville, Tennessee, where together they have raised seven children.
