Berklee Wolaver is a Nashville-based choreographer, dance educator, and visual artist whose creativity spans the stage, the studio, and the page. Fluent across classical ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and musical theatre, she trained throughout her native North Carolina and in New York City at the Radio City Rockettes Workshop and STEPS on Broadway. Over the past decade she has performed in numerous stage productions and choreographed multiple musicals, recently starring as Golde in Fiddler on the Roof opposite her husband, Annie Moses Band violist Alex Wolaver. She also brings the irrepressible Lolly Popular to life on The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello — a show whose visual world she helped shape as its creative visionary behind the art design. She is an accomplished visual artist and graphic designer, and has illustrated a children's book. Today Berklee teaches dance at the Annie Moses Summer Music Festival and at the Conservatory of Annie Moses, and makes her home in Columbia, Tennessee, with Alex and their seven children.

Berklee Wolaver's story with the Annie Moses Institute began as a young student at the Summer Music Festival, captivated by the event's passion, excellence and Christian mission. She returned year after year, growing from student into dance and vocal mentor. Along the way, under the professional coaching of Robin Wolaver, Berklee joined with her sister and a close friend to form a girls' singing group called The Raleigh Girls, recording an EP and touring with the Annie Moses Band. Out on the road, sparks flew between Berklee and violist Alex Wolaver — and what began as a Festival connection became a love story that wove her permanently into the Annie Moses family.
A Nashville-based choreographer, dance educator, and visual artist, Berklee's creativity spans the stage, the studio, and the page. Fluent across a wide range of styles — classical ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and musical theatre — her versatility is rooted in a lifetime of rigorous training. A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, she showed exceptional promise from an early age, serving as dance captain of her tap company and studying at several prestigious dance schools throughout the state. During her formative years she trained in New York City, including at the Radio City Rockettes Workshop and STEPS on Broadway.
Over the past decade, Berklee has performed in numerous stage productions and choreographed multiple musicals, earning a reputation for work that is both technically precise and theatrically alive. She recently starred as Golde in a production of Fiddler on the Roof opposite her husband, and brings the irrepressible Lolly Popular to life on The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello — a show whose visual world she helped shape as its creative visionary behind the art design. Her artistic gifts extend well beyond dance and stage: she is also an accomplished visual artist and graphic designer, and has illustrated a children's book.
Today Berklee teaches dance at the Annie Moses Summer Music Festival and at the Conservatory of Annie Moses. She and Alex make their home in Columbia, Tennessee, where she is the proud mother of seven children.
